Staff is very nice and professional

My refrigerator had broken down. I called to report the problem and the response was prompt and rectified the next business day. Thank you to Raoul and John for taking care of the problem and to Jen and Chad in the office for the attention and follow up. Can’t say enough positive things about the team at Four Winds.

Everyone has been extremely supportive thank you for your kindness and support.

Both times in recent months that my apartment has been flooded, Raoul has been there taking care of things right away. Thanks, Raoul. Also, the flood this time occurred from the laundry room next door to my apartment and leaked into both of my closets. I wouldn’t have known about it if I wasn’t alerted by a call from the office, so thank you to them as well.

My window remains broken. Awaiting further updates.

Maintenance has never been a problem. Always polite.The outside painter that came through dropped beige paint drops from the patio door through the living room into the master. This I had to clean up.
