Doctors and nurses are always nice and professional

The medical student Gregory was awesome. He was thorough and gave me great advice about my illness. He really put me at ease. He has great bedside manner. And for Dr Spriggs I would say the same thing. He listened to me and asked great questions and gave great advice. And kept asking If there was anything else. I really felt at ease and happy about the entire visit. Doctor spriggs is amazing and so is the medical student Gregory. The front desk girls were also very nice and helpful. The wait was only 5 minutes.

No one knows what they are doing in the office. They don't explain the procedures and are act put out when I ask for clarification. They can't even get calling in meds to my pharmacy. Everytime it is a problem

The extreme waiting time. After 4 hours of waiting I left and went to Daphne, Malbis Freestanding Er. The receptionist was horrible, rude, zero consideration for patients and leaving patients feeling helpless. She is the reason why I will not return.
