My prescription for Bactrim was not available at Lillian Pharmacy when I got home at 5:07PM so I waited there until 6 when they closed. The pharmacist called your office and reported the problem to no avail. This morning there was still no response and no prescription when they opened.

Friendliness of the office staff was impressive.Dr. Spriggs was very thorough and friendly.

All of it. I arrived before 9 and needed to pee. The waiting area bathrooms were out of order. When I was called back I told the girl I needed to pee and she allowed me to use the bathroom in the back. There were 2 urine samples sitting on the back of the toilet, one labeled, one not. Then speaking with the doctor about my chronic issues and concerns I am having he suggested increasing my pain medication, to which I explained I was already on the maximum dose allowed. Then we were speaking about blood work and I mentioned wanting to have my ana and ds dna retested because markers have shown in previous labs to which he has to step out and review my chart. I felt like no real care was put into reading any of my very documented medical history. I mentioned some eye issues and he said hed make a recommendation. That never happened.What did go right is I recieved the 2 prescriptions I needed. He did order labs including the ana and ds dna. The Dr wasnt rude, but did feel a bit rushed. I am a routine customer and am seeing the 3rd Dr at this location now. I continue to use this location for convience and fiancial reasons. They do "just enough". Front desk lady, nurse aid, and lab tech were polite also (and usually are).
