Organized friendly staff

I was there for 4 and a half hours waiting to see the doctor. She was nice and apologized for my wait but that was way too long.

The staff were all very friendly, smiled and said hello when I came in. It was great to see Danielle again when she took me back to the exam room. I was happy to see Dr Spriggs again. We had a good conversation and he gave results of my recent imaging exam. The phlebotomist was pleasant and did great drawing blood from my small veins!

How kind everyone was & patient. The staff takes good care of me.

Good customer service

Everything staring from the receptionist and the nurse. And also the Dr. Daniel takes the time to explain my results and listen to me. With pains. So tanks to everyone.

Dr Spriggs seems like a good MD. But staff needs better education to function computer program. Didn't know how to print an AVS, as one example.
