I was at Franklin PHC to see Dr Spriggs who was my physician in Lillian. Receptionists were welcoming. I had paperwork to fill out since online system did not work. Donielle called me back in 5 minutes; it was good to see her again. I waited in exam room about 15 minutes. Dr Spriggs came in with the medical student and asked if okay if she observed. I agreed. It was a good visit. I have an appointment for wellness visit in May 2026.

I was a walk in patient and they still managed to fit me in.
