No one knows what they are doing in the office. They don't explain the procedures and are act put out when I ask for clarification. They can't even get calling in meds to my pharmacy. Everytime it is a problem

The extreme waiting time. After 4 hours of waiting I left and went to Daphne, Malbis Freestanding Er. The receptionist was horrible, rude, zero consideration for patients and leaving patients feeling helpless. She is the reason why I will not return.

Everything went well on my visit. I was in and out within about 45 mins.- 1 hour. All my needs were met. I'm very satisfied with my experience at South Baldwin Family Health Center!
