Staff is very rude. Dentist wasn’t friendly at all. He said a few words and walked out.

The doctor talking to me very rudely because I told him that I can still feel and it hurt. He said to me “don’t be a child”. He continued to snatching at my teeth. I cried out. He the slammed his tools down and continued to be rude. Saying (maybe we need to schedule you with a dental surgeon that can put you to sleep without the drama) I then told him I don’t know what was wrong with him today but you have been saying very rude things to me today. I called to speak with HR but haven’t received a call back.

I was here based on a referral from my insurance provider’s website. When I made the appointment, I said I was new to the area and looking for a general dentist for a routine exam. I spent a significant amount of time completing the new patient information online the day before the appointment, then had to answer the same questions multiple times on paper forms after I arrived. Thirty-five minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I was called back, only then to be told that this was a practice limited to emergency dentistry and didn’t employ a hygienist. Since I had come for routine exam with x-rays and a cleaning, I left.VERY POOR COMMUNICATIONS on the part of your call center, which should have never made the appointment to begin with after I said I was looking for routine care.VERY POOR PATIENT PROCEDURES that require the same information to be input online and on paper, and even multiple times within that paperwork.
