Everyone was so kind the doctor was kind and they explain everything that I asked that I needed to know without an attitude. They were very helpful.

The first time I came, I left unsatisfied and unseen. I had a 9:00 appointment. I signed in at 8:56 and sat there until 9:40. No one called my name or anything. I went to the counter to ask if I could reschedule because I had to go to work. The lady at the desk was visibly annoyed with me and they sent me a bill for $97 when my care is covered by the VA.The second time I went, I signed in and was immediately given a clipboard full of paperwork to fill out and was called back to see the Dentist almost immediately. Had this happened on my first visit, I would have a warmer view of my experience here so far
