The Dr got right to the solution

I have been coming to this clinic for several years now. The front desk is the first connection you make and when I walk up there is NEVER eye contact or a greeting. I have to greet first before there is a no eye contact response. Dr. Lee is great so are the MA's but I have had a phlebotomist in the past that argued with me on where I wanted the stick done. I am seriously considering changing clinics.
