People are very nice to you and helpful understanding with you very polite people they patient and friendly people love how they talk with you if you don’t know about your medication they will explain to you. Love how they treat you so kindly love the doctor office. The nurse are nice people and kind very friendly and polite and patient. I love it treat you with respect love it it’s very sweet and kind nice nurse and doctors love it.

Staff is very friendly

Having to wait an hour after my appointment time to see the doctor. Not given the time to talk through or get insight on my concerns.

How the doctor and nurse wouldn't listen to me. I tried to explain my pain and the nurse explain it was a dental issue which it isn't. When I explained my pain to my doctor she also wouldn't listen to what I was actually saying. Not only that no blood work was done for my sudden weight gain and dehydration but I was given papers basically calling me fat with no information on what was discussed.

I Enjoyed my First visit with Dr. Motto @Franklin on MLK, She Was kind, understanding, and Patient with Me, Dr. Motto also Handled me with Care. I look forward to seeing Her as My Primary Doctor.
