How ghetto the wait was. I have frequented Franklin Clinic from the old Government St location, West Mobile location since it first ope ed and the medical Mall Since it opened. I have never seen so much playing and display of unprofessionalism in my entire life. The only professional person behind the front counter was the black female directly at the front counter at checkin even the white lady at the front counter and all the black females to both the left and right side behind the counter but not at the front just gossiped, giggled, and just did absolutely nothing. The CNA and the doctor were very professional al though. The waiting room chairs were do disgusting that I thought I was going to catch something by sitting in them. You could visually see the dirt on the. Smh
