The doctor and the nurse in the pediatric services were fine. It’s when we went to the laboratory. I really think you need to hire people that knows how to turn off their personal life once they enter their place of employment. The laboratory tech really was unprofessional and does not have the patience to deal with children nor adults.

It took a long time to wait in the exam room, uh the doctor was nice

The nurses made my grandchildren feel safe and relaxed as if they were there's.
