The lady at the desk when you walk never is doing her job, always talking to other patients and staff, never can answer any question you may have, and wears a mask that is never over her nose just her mouth. She is rude and likes to send patients all over the place to check in.

My doctor DR. MONROY, did a great job listening to my concerns and worries. He was kind and patient. He said he needed more info and quickly made another longer appointment due to the complexities which I appreciated. I’ve seen a lot of psychiatrists and I’ve never had someone do that.
