I was placed in a room at 10. Nobody never came back to check on me. around 12 I stepped outside the room to ask if the donor was coming in they said they marked me as already seen. One of nurses/aides stated she thought I was at the pharmacy . I was beyond disgusted.

That the nurse practitioner that saw me didn't seem to want to do her job, when I told her I needed my paperwork today, she suddenly said she would try to get to it, and then she sent someone else to tell me she couldn't do it.
