The thing I remember most is being told that I have to wait for a pain management doctor to decide if they want to see me or not. That was not what I expected at all.

The receptionist is always so nice. Today she was on FaceTime with someone as she was verifying my personal information. The lady that drew my blood, Prisca? The spelling may be off. She was not right out rude but she was very dry and not very welcoming. Ms.Carter, and my nurse ( I failed at getting her name) were excellent and very friendly. Ms.Pleasant was also very excellent.
