Long wait time

I came here because I thought I’d get the help that was needed. I’m in a space where my body is hurting more than I can take and I’m not working and I was in a car accident and was told coming here would help because of the company not charging but I was still charged. I was still able to see the doctor but I’m unable to get my meds because I would need to pay to get them and I don’t have any money or insurance.

All that happens is I get called back for after hospital visits. However, the referrals that I request never get completed. The only get completed to Franklin doctors who hardly even contact me back. My patient portal messages go unanswered for over a week.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Falkenbury was thorough and she moved quickly to solutions for all of my concerns about my issue.
