Waited far too long for the buying process, over 3 hours. Finance Mgr.(Justin?) was arrogant, condescending and said you are buying a car, not groceries at the grocery store when I mentioned how long we had waited. Salesman Ty was good, frequently apologized for the long wait. We will not give this dealership any more of our business.

Salesman was too pushy. When I called with an issue he lied and made an excuse.didnt offer me a chance for a test drive or even give me time to really go over the car. He took advantage of the fact I was on a time limit. Had I known of the physical damage to the car I would've chosen a different one. All in all a terrible experience.

Ryan told me car could use either regular or premium gas, which is not the case.The person (Mark?) who tried to sell the additional services had no personality at all. It was like being in a room with a robot.

We bought a 22 Civic for my son who goes to school in KY on Friday 03/20 - see my earlier post and the response from Frank Leta Acura. If they cared about my issue they would call me. I’m not wasting my time calling you. If you want to make it right you have my information. I doubt you sold too many 22 Civics on 03/20.

Felt very pressured into taking a vehicle that I had not researched I tried to see if I could cancel the contract and Not allowed no matter what I also felt like they did not tell me the truth about loans because I later found out I could get a loan from my bank for less than 5.4% My current loan 6.8% Every time I want to adjust something it cost $750 to change the The entire experience was miserable for me Unhappy with this dealership
