Item stated in the Acura precision package was not done to car. Was told car would be cleaned. It was not. Also was told it would come with a full tank of gas. It was not. Frank Leta failed as usual

It would have been nice to see a wider selection of vehicles in my price range

Listen to the customer instead of going through with your sell technique. My credit was ran after I told Badie(my sales rep) I had a code from first community credit union. I ask multiple times for the carfax and didn’t receive it till the deal was ready to sign. The sales manager Justin was no help actually pretty rude after I showed I was frustrated. I told him about my credit being ran without my permission and said $200 off. Which is nothing, but he said that was a fair deal.

It took a long time after I made decision about the car I wanted. To do the paperwork was absolutely long.

Andrew the salesman was great but Mark the finance manager/advisor was made it a point to be unprofessional, mean and disrespectful from the get go, making my FIRST time buying a new car from a dealership not only a nightmare, but the kind of experience that makes one tell everyone to avoid this dealership. Urging someone to “SIGN SIGN SIGN” is a tactic one shouldn’t encounter in a luxury car dealership. He made the experience worse than a “buy here pay here”. Ill be contacting Corporate Acura.

I went to your Mitsubishi location in Bridgeton after being told that the vehicle is was looking at was available and that I could test drive it. I arrived and was then told that the vehicle was located at your acura location which was another 20 miles from the Mitsubishi location so in total I drove 40 miles in an attempt to get this vehicle that I had been assured several times was at the Mitsubishi location by annishika. I arrive at the acura location and get told that they are selling it.

Waited far too long for the buying process, over 3 hours. Finance Mgr.(Justin?) was arrogant, condescending and said you are buying a car, not groceries at the grocery store when I mentioned how long we had waited. Salesman Ty was good, frequently apologized for the long wait. We will not give this dealership any more of our business.

Salesman was too pushy. When I called with an issue he lied and made an excuse.didnt offer me a chance for a test drive or even give me time to really go over the car. He took advantage of the fact I was on a time limit. Had I known of the physical damage to the car I would've chosen a different one. All in all a terrible experience.

Ryan told me car could use either regular or premium gas, which is not the case. The person (Mark?) who tried to sell the additional services had no personality at all. It was like being in a room with a robot.
