Learn about the car you’re selling. Was given a single key and no key fob…then was told the car didn’t have a chip. It definitely has a chip.

My certified preowned car I recently purchased had an oil change indicator, tire pressure indicator and key fob low battery indicator. All three of these should have been cleared before the car was handed over to me.

Wait to complete paperwork was a bit long and confusing. Came specifically for a used truck I saw on internet. Not in the market for a new car, don't expect family to be either.

Vehicle was not checked over very well before delivery which has resulted in trip back to dealer for an adjustment with rattling under the hood. Will also need to make an additional trip back to have damaged molding installed that should have been done before and have service check again for rattling under the hood. Not the ideal way to start off with new vehicle. Not impressed with Acura ownership at this time.

You didn't disclose a recall on the vehicle until the deal was almost finished You didn't ask if I wanted a warranty you just added it on instead of discussing Badge questioned my resolve on my budget

Have complete key fobs on your certified vehicles prepared and ready to go on sales appointments. Expedite cash customers experience so they don't have to wait hours to complete the paperwork. Should not have to go through finance department to sign paperwork.

car was delivered late, after I signed all the loan , even giving a 65% down payment, bank tried to change the interest rate due to a "limitation" on my ssn for recently had become a permanent resident. When complaining to the manager, that did not show any empathy, but instead asked me if I wanted to return the vehicle, I had no luck, I did not want to cause any trouble for such a small amount, but the experience was not good.
