Very tight on negotiations. Many things said were later corrected as “mistakes.” Nearly lost my business over $160

Felt very pressured into taking a vehicle that I had not researched I tried to see if I could cancel the contract and Not allowed no matter what I also felt like they did not tell me the truth about loans because I later found out I could get a loan from my bank for less than 5.4% My current loan 6.8% Every time I want to adjust something it cost $750 to change the The entire experience was miserable for me Unhappy with this dealership

The car I purchased doesn’t have a functioning A/C. Of course I feel like a fool for not thinking to check, but I guess I just trusted that functioning A/C was a standard.

Your finance guy is terrible, got comes across like a prick. He’s fucking people on those rates and knows it. I’ll be posting my loan off before 90 days to ensure he’s not getting the benefit of screwing me with lube! 720+ credit score and a 9% come on….Sales guy is great!!!!

Not sold a car that was only serviced by ur shop with a bad transmission. Not sure why that a sale for under 10k would b worth that publicity.
