I have leased my last 4 cars from Frank Leta Acura. The process is a several hour ordeal. I would hope this could be more streamlined. I am also not happy that the fiance manager could not produce the paper where it shows my miles not used on my previous lease will carry over on my new lease. He just "said" it would. This is really unacceptable being this is my 5th car leased with you

Pre-owned sales and financing was very pushy and not informative up front at all. It was bad. Were making out temp tags before showing the loan options or terms. Very Bad

everything is smooth and fast compared to Ackerman Toyota..But somehow frankly forgot to give me some paperwork of the car… More specifically the maintenance history when I drove home with it. (not that serious, just minor inconvenience.)

Learn about the car you’re selling. Was given a single key and no key fob…then was told the car didn’t have a chip. It definitely has a chip.

My certified preowned car I recently purchased had an oil change indicator, tire pressure indicator and key fob low battery indicator. All three of these should have been cleared before the car was handed over to me.

Wait to complete paperwork was a bit long and confusing.Came specifically for a used truck I saw on internet. Not in the market for a new car, don't expect family to be either.

Paul was a great and easy to work with, but when the sales manager asked what was needed to buy today, I needed to store the car till Christmas. Was told I could keep the car on the lot. I drop off the deposit and told that you would not be doing that and the car needed to be removed ASAP. No apologies (other than pauls, who again, was awesome) or assistance. I had to rush to find 2 months of storage for this car. I know it was a used car but it felt extremely disrespectful and honestly sleazy.

Vehicle was not checked over very well before delivery which has resulted in trip back to dealer for an adjustment with rattling under the hood. Will also need to make an additional trip back to have damaged molding installed that should have been done before and have service check again for rattling under the hood. Not the ideal way to start off with new vehicle. Not impressed with Acura ownership at this time.
