Your team does not communicate. My car had a specific date to be delivered by but because you’re in internal team did not communicate the tasks that needed to be accomplished prior to delivery, my car was delivered late, which was disappointing.

Not a big fan of the tactics of car salespeople. Nothing has changed in all my years. Always walk away wondering how much they got me for. Everyone was nice though. A little pushy. After the trade and purchase I did forget a pair of Oakley sunglasses in the upper sunglass holder, of course no one could find them in the traded truck.

When we came in Saturday we waited for almost two hours to finalize financing. We were also promised a detail on my vehicle and after leaving it clear a detail wasn’t done or a quick wipe down of the interior

Lots of setbacks and rescheduling for the pickup date. Said the truck was detailed, dog fur was everywhere all over the back seat and there was sticky gunk in all the cup holders and dash cubbies.

I have leased my last 4 cars from Frank Leta Acura. The process is a several hour ordeal. I would hope this could be more streamlined. I am also not happy that the fiance manager could not produce the paper where it shows my miles not used on my previous lease will carry over on my new lease. He just "said" it would. This is really unacceptable being this is my 5th car leased with you

Pre-owned sales and financing was very pushy and not informative up front at all. It was bad. Were making out temp tags before showing the loan options or terms. Very Bad
