It was all good but it took a little longer than expected.

Fix the problem that I brought it in for, 2 day inconvenience. Secondly, I am still waiting for my service advisor to return my phone call- currently day 3. Third, no one can advise me of next steps on a problem with a new car!

i mean, i bought a god damn 5 year extended warranty. i was 200 miles past warranty To “ replace” my part. BUT of course with a “warranty” they would charge 680 dollars on a 110 part oem and maybe 30 minutes of lobor time. absolutely ridiculous.

Went in for oil change/tire rotation. Was told it would take 60-90 mins. After 2+ hours, I went to ask where my car was. Service adviser said she had sent two texts telling me it was ready. I didn’t (and still haven’t) received either text but I was sitting in the waiting room. I also don’t appreciate being addressed in a condescending manner as “‘my dear.” You can use my first name, call me Mr Murnin, call me sir, whatever, but be professional.

Do what you said you were going to do like fill my tires to the appropriate poundage. What happened to wash and vacuum the car after service?

Your lie cost me time and $350. I'll never return or recommend your lying and deceiving dealership. Said car had fresh alignment and new tires. Tires were used . So I purchased new ones. Turns out the alignment was not done and trashed the new tires I purchased. Had to get alignment and another set of tires in less than 6000 miles.

This is my third time visiting this dealership and I can't say anything positive about any of my experiences. The repair cost are excessive in comparison to other repair shops. The operations seem less than honorable. I do like my MDX.

The oil change took so long I didn't have time to get my car washed. It took almost 3 hours for the oil change. I had an appointment too. The oil change took way too long.

Communicate with me what was going on. I came in for a recall appt and was told it would be between 1 hour and 1 1/2 hours. I was there for almost 2 1/2 hours. Nobody even spoke to me after arriving until I came to ask for an update around 2 hours in.

I am not sure how long it should take but, with an appointment, three hours seems excessive for an oil change, dmv inspection, and multi-point inspection. I have been coming to Leta for literally 20 years and I am considering going elsewhere after some potentially costly misdiagnosis. Happy to elaborate. Also first time you did not wash my car. Other than the text messages, no one personally checked in with me. I miss Brad and Cougar!
