I have attempted to contact the parts department to find out if the part I had ordered had come in yet so I could set up an appointment to have it installed because it is dangerous to be driving around without my passenger side rear view mirror & could only leave a message & still haven’t received a return call yet so please have someone call me finally?!!!! The drop of and pick up for detailing is very difficult. Mutiple signs for detailing are confusing as to where your actually supposed to go, and the excessive cars at the drop off location make it difficult. Actual detailing service was good, but I'll be looking for an easier location to access in the future.

I purchased the EG Asurrance body package contract and was told that it would covered dents and scratches; however, I was advised by the service advisor that the contract only covers paint less dents only. Also the sales manger wrote on my contract that he was personally providing me with two free ceramics coatings for my new vehicle as a courtesy for buying a new vehicle; however, the service department refused to honor the sales manager's promise.

This is mainly a website and an Acura issue. The A B service schedule is very confusing. Should be listed by time and mileage. Your website doesn’t list all maintenance items separately.Some aren’t listed at all. .
