I scheduled an oil change and a tire repair. I just noticed that either my oil was not reset or the oil was not actually changed over. It’s still showing 50 percent of usage. I’m currently out of town and can’t get back to leta til the first week of July.

Better communication! Stop over-promising and under-delivering! I purchased a vehicle and within 2 weeks the screen stopped working. It took a month to repair.. Blake and Cougar said I would be updated on the progress but neither called. I had to call them. I expressed my frustration to Cougar, he apologized and promised better communication and a free car wash, as his way of making up for the poor communication. Well, neither happened. I regret purchasing my vehicle from here.

Faster service. An oil change and tire rotation with an appointment shouldn't take nearly 2 hours.

Find the problem at first visit, clean the car after the service, inside and out. Run better diagnostic tests.Added today the 25th of June rear back up camera has not worked since last week.

I feel that more attention to detail should have been provided. Wheel wells were dirty and had no protection applied. Space between tonneau cover and cab was not cleaned or treated. It was a $ 399 detail job, neither the interior or exterior we very dirty when it was dropped off.

I could not find the free car wash - when I went to St. Louis auto details I didn’t see any drive thru. So maybe you could provide better directions next time

The telephone system for your service department routed me to multiple menus that I had to go through. Ultimately, it told me to leave a message, which was extremely unhelpful! For the amount of money we spend on our Acuras, you should have a live person that answers the phone & can get requested information from the Service Reps. The Service Reps are great. Your Service Department phone system leaves a great deal to be desired!
