My service advisor told me the rear differential needed to be serviced. I questioned him because it doesn't have a rear differential and integra has never been all wheel drive or just rear wheel drive. He stated the service tech recommend it. Then I called him out on (mistake) and it turned into a teaching lesson according to him. I feel like he was scamming me for something that doesn't exist. Both of them should clearly know that. Also your carwash is a complete let down.

My appointment was at 1 at 315. I went up to the service desk and she went back to check the mechanic. Had not even pulled my car in yet. He pulled in a car that was scheduled after mine told me it would be another 10 minutes and they would get mine in, so then I was looking at another two hours. So I would have been there till at least 530That's not very good practice making people sit there that long

I gave my car for an expensive car wash didn’t clean the car first time so I had to leave the car again at the end when I picked up my car now I can see terrible scratches on my windshield, which aren’t getting removed. I lost the value of my car in just getting it cleaned.

Car repaired but not cleaned. Dust inside the car and it took me to clean for extra 2 hoursAfter body shop work they suppose to clean the vehicle. Unfortunately completely filled with dust.

On no less than 2 occasions my Sirius XM radio has been serviced, the last time unsuccessfully. It will not scan all the way through my pre-set channels, once I get to the “dead-end” channel, I have to scroll back in the opposite direction over all the channels I just scrolled past.

Spoke with Brittney on 12/9 to buy a car detail for my girlfriend. She took payment over the phone, but never sent me a certificate or card to use. On Friday March 6th, my girlfriend went to her scheduled appointment to get her car detailed. I had to call the shop, because nobody had a certificate on file for her, nor did they even know that I paid for it. The car was still filthy, with her spending an extra 45 minutes cleaning it herself. Not happy at all with this and I won’t recommend.

Unfortunately, my low brake fluid light is still occurring, so the issue I took the car in has not been resolved after $1000+. I will be calling to try and resolve.
