Everybody is amazing in the service center… Customer service is amazing… The only issue I had yesterday is I asked if they could fill my tires up with air when they rotated my tires… And when I get in my car they were still at 31 or 32 psi

Service writer was overwhelmed with so many customers. She forgot to have me pay for work and the message on my infotainment system was not rremoved as requested.

Fixed my car when you had it for 3 weeks.Communicated with me (literally all communication was one-sided - my side).Scheduled better.Tried to make it right in person instead of making excuses.

Communicated the time associated with the user error for my transmission fluid being drained, because there was mix up of the oil cap and transmission cap. I was there for 6 hours. If i knew it wouldve been that long i would have rescheduled other priorities

Not lube up the underside of the car to get rid of the clicking sound near the front passenger tire. Then claim they could not replicate the noise. Now I cannot replicate either.
