Rep estimated time for service (oil change and car wash) at 1.75 hours. Total service time was 3 hours. Car seat in backseat was unhooked/unbuckled and not put back. Not sure why because back seat was not cleaned or vacuumed.

Listened to what I was saying and then also bring me my keys and paperwork when they were finished and not set it on their desk until I came in to check on progress. Said it would be 30 minutes. After an hour, I went to check. He was talking to a female and saw me and scrambled to his desk and grabbed the inspection sheets and my key and said he had gotten sidetracked and forgot to bring it to me in the waiting room.

Once I drove into the garage at Acura, I was confused by the lady that met me. She made me move forward by about a yard, then told me to keep the car running, then told me to leave the keys, then told me to wait for A service advisor. In or out of the car? I asked should I wait in or outside of my car? Not a good welcome! Not easy for me. Afterwards all was good.

I brought my car in for a warranty item that has already been replaced 2 times before. I waited for an hour and a half to then be told it was gonna take longer and I could get my car the next day. The next day I had to call to find out that the part was not even in stock. I had asked.that before I made the appointment. The part won’t be in until the end of November. The whole thing could’ve just been handled better. I don’t live close to the dealership/and it’s not even fixed

No one called me to say my car was ready. I called once and the person said it was done, but maybe in the car wash. I finally came to the dealership and picked up my car.

Picked up my car and didn’t leave a car. And while my car wasn’t done in one day, they had to bring one out to me they sent me the bid and then the follow up from the service rep was that they were preparing to get my car back to me With no verbal explanation or further details. I understand wanting to automate things like getting the bids out and sending text but there still needs to be the communication back-and-forth on a scale of one to five. I felt like the process was a 1.5.

Send the video reports to me to show the work done as the work progresses. They used to do this. I noticed a couple of things were not done and I had to go back and ask for them to take care of resetting the oil change from 40% to 100% and the tire pressure was what it was (low) when I brought the car in. I didn’t feel confident that the other work was done. I set up a new appt. With Aaron Barr. for other work to be done. He usually goes over the work and shows me that it was completed.
Nothing better. I usually don’t discuss my oil changes!
