Came for recall work. Fuel pump when I got there they said I had too much gas in the. Tank. Something I should. Have been told when I called to confirm the appointment. Then they drove my car to get rid of some gas. NTRhenTherjeninwasnto

First, communication to insurance bad. Acura kept the car for a month and then assessed they couldn’t do the body work. This should have been known earlier. We do not have more rental car insurance now since it was exhausted due to the hold up.Next, the car still had damage after we picked up, windshield was replaced but had a crack in it, a few other items were missed. Haven’t heard back from Acura on next steps to get these fixed.

All went well with service. The team was great annd very efficient. I appreciated the loaner vehicle, however, it was very disappointing that the concierge pick up/drop off service was discontinued. This, along with the promise of the lifetime, free car washes were perks communicated during the sales process that are now discontinued or were never actually a reality.

Service was cordial and complete. I am leary about offering references to family.
