You detailed my wife’s Porsche recently and did an amazing job! But when you detailed my daughter’s car, it wasn’t as amazing as the first car. Maybe it was New Years Eve or because I was scheduled for the wrong day but they fit me in. Waxing over bugs on hood, floor mats not very clean. Just not what I expected!

I had to come back twice to pick up my car from the body shop because my car wasn’t done correctly. I also noticed that the gap on the new lift gate isn’t even on both sides. The car wasn’t done correctly dirty on the inside from the dust from the bodyshop.

I sat there for three hours to get tires rotated and an oil change. That is unacceptable amount of time to sit at the dealership for that service.

I bought a car on 10/31 with a “we owe you” part which was not ordered until I called 17 times leaving messages for Julia and “cougar”. I finally got my salesman to address the situation in late December and the part was ordered and in within 2 days. I took off work for the appt and after sitting there an hour they told me it’s the wrong part and it’d have to be reordered. I live 45 min away so this is costly and intrusive to me as a mistake. There were no concessions offered.

Both valve stem caps are missing from passenger front and passenger back wheel from my service appointment on Saturday.

We had an issue with the key fob and brought them in to have them sucked up with the car. This is what we were told the issue was when we called so we made an appointment. We came in to be told we owed 100$ for looking at our fobs and then we were told we needed new batteries or new fobs. The man didn’t know, but tried charging us. We left frustrated and went to a battery store. The man opened the batter compartment and realized the battery inserted needed adjusting. This was a free service…
