Didn’t Fix my radio preset issue as described, did not receive a car wash, and was quoted a price of $343 to replace my front right tire. I was able to find the same tire for $230. Reduced my confidence in your service department.

I enjoy going to your dealership for maintenance items. People are normally friendly and your waiting area is top notch.My service provider was super friendly and personable. The problem came when it took 2.5 hours to do an oil change.I'd write more to explain, but this has a limit on how much I can write.Ultimately, I asked for a discount, which was immediately given. It very much seemed that it was known that I had been treated poorly.

Very friendly customer service WHEN you actually get to talk to them. Received a text from service representative that they found something wrong. I called immediately and it went to voicemail, called back 4 times within 6 hours with NO return call.

Service and interaction with the Leta team was good. No issues. I expected my car to be cleaned while I had it in for service as I'm used to being offered a carwash and interior vacuum at my previous spot. Maybe Leta doesn't offer this service or perhaps I picked a bad day. We'll see next time.

My problem was not solved. I had the light refinished. I was told it would be as good as new. On roads with no lights, you cannot see the road while driving after dark. The refinishing has made no change.

Aaron (I believe that is his name) was the person I worked with for my most recent service. He was awful to deal with; he was dismissive, demeaning, and actively lied to me.My experience with Aaron has me seriously debating if I will purchase any more vehicles from Frank Leta.

The communication continues to be an issue every time I bring my car in for service. I always have to call ro get updates and often all team members are not on the same page when providing information. The pick up and delivery option was never offered until I asked for it. For a new car mulitiple things have failed on this car already. As a first time acura owner I am woefully underwhelmed..
