I was not able to get a loaner because my car was not Acura and the system was down. I took off time from work to be able to drop it off and I had to reschedule due to them not being able to find a loaner. I do give credit that they did try from 2 different staff members.

Estimated costs for repairs are very high. Blake was delightful. Great customer service skills.

We are not satisfied with oil change process nor pricing ( shop supplies have been charged and that's on business), provided car wash outside of service facility itself without clear communication with customer and no one knows nothing. We will use different dealerships for our future needs.

Being charged almost $800 in labor for 2 hours work for a right front hub to be replaced is insane. I will not be bringing either of my cars back.

Wash the car after it being serviced. That was an added perk in earlier years. If it is no longer a perk they should inform the customers so they won't expect it. I am thinking not because car is old, but maintenance paid.

Came in for oil change and was told my lug nut something was stripped and needed to be replaced, but frank leta was last one to touch it. I always think i can come in for just an oil change but something is always found. Im starting to become skeptical

Communication on "missing the appointment window" after leaving keys of the drop box the day before the appointment. I called the day after my "appointment" to find the vehicle was not addressed. I voluntarily left the vehicle at the facility over the weekend.
