Everything , terrible customer service

Had the truck detailed and the back window was still dirty and the tailgate step-up still dirty.

I had a safety and emissions inspection and the wipers failed and they wanted $175 to replace them. That is ridiculous. Working people retirees cannot afford such outrageous prices.

The work done was great, and the employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. However, I'm not a fan of providing my exact make, model, year, and trim package for my vehicle over the phone, and being told that I could have the service done for $250.00, only to be informed of the extra charges for fluids, crush washers, and the additional miscellaneous fee after arriving. I understand an extra charge for these components, however I wish I informed of these fees before arriving.

That you guys had Known that acura no longer made the parts I needed before having me drive a significant distance for service only to have to come back another day

Although the service was great. The service took a little longer than expected and the replacement parts were of different colors. Could have been a different batch of lights or something. But it doesn't look right. Least the lights work now

It was a fair job only because my windshield was horrible....smears everywhere. Had to rewash the windshield myself.
