I sat there for three hours to get tires rotated and an oil change. That is unacceptable amount of time to sit at the dealership for that service.

Both valve stem caps are missing from passenger front and passenger back wheel from my service appointment on Saturday.

Actually gotten my oil change done within my appointment time. I waited two hours and my car hadn’t even been worked on. I had to leave with a courtesy car and come back the next day to give them more time to do the oil change.

The time for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation took almost 2 hours. About 45 minutes longer than quoted.

The service visit was for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It took close to 2 1/2 hours to do this. Plus, the service people did not reset my oil life properly. I did it myself.

I had my car scheduled to be picked up for service and recall two weeks in a row Abe I still had to talk to six or eight people to get it picked up. I understand that you are no longer going to valet autos. This is one of the reasons I bought from you. Different people told me someone was on the way out to get the car as the appointment was for 8:00 am and after Many calls they showed at 10:30. The right hand appeared to not know what the left hand is doing.

Greater than 2 hour wait for a simple oil change with an appointment is simply not acceptable to me.

Very friendly customer service WHEN you actually get to talk to them. Received a text from service representative that they found something wrong. I called immediately and it went to voicemail, called back 4 times within 6 hours with NO return call.

My problem was not solved. I had the light refinished. I was told it would be as good as new. On roads with no lights, you cannot see the road while driving after dark. The refinishing has made no change.
