I came in for an issue of water draining inside my vehicle on the floor board when driving with the air conditioner running I sat there an hour and a half and was told you need to take your business elsewhere in so many words but what came out of his mouth was take it to a Dodge dealership I asked there are 2 used Dodge vehicles on the lot for sale right now and if I had purchased one of those a week ago from here and had the same issue would I have to take my vehicle elsewhere?

I had to return to the service department because the air filter was not put back in after the inspection was completed. All I get is “I’m sorry”. I was given verbal directions to get a car wash. Had difficulty finding the place. Called back to get the actual address. Horrible cash wash facility. Wished I had not gone. Cat was covered in water spots. I was frustrated after having to come all the way back and then having difficult time finding the cash wash facility and getting a horriblecarwash

I was disappointed that the car wash was broken. I was given a code for another car wash but couldn't find it. Except for that service was fine.

Everything was good.

It just seems expensive.

Finish what was described as a two hour repair in less than sixteen hours.

The ceramic coating that was purchased could have been installed properly.

It was all good but it took a little longer than expected.

Fix the problem that I brought it in for, 2 day inconvenience. Secondly, I am still waiting for my service advisor to return my phone call- currently day 3. Third, no one can advise me of next steps on a problem with a new car!
