Aaron (I believe that is his name) was the person I worked with for my most recent service. He was awful to deal with; he was dismissive, demeaning, and actively lied to me. My experience with Aaron has me seriously debating if I will purchase any more vehicles from Frank Leta.

The communication continues to be an issue every time I bring my car in for service. I always have to call ro get updates and often all team members are not on the same page when providing information. The pick up and delivery option was never offered until I asked for it. For a new car mulitiple things have failed on this car already. As a first time acura owner I am woefully underwhelmed..

time of purchase the vehicle. They offering service but after deal done then no response .we purchased 6 vehicle but now I learn lesson from them they gives lie promise so no more vehicle buy from frank leta .

Listened to what I was saying and then also bring me my keys and paperwork when they were finished and not set it on their desk until I came in to check on progress. Said it would be 30 minutes. After an hour, I went to check. He was talking to a female and saw me and scrambled to his desk and grabbed the inspection sheets and my key and said he had gotten sidetracked and forgot to bring it to me in the waiting room.

Once I drove into the garage at Acura, I was confused by the lady that met me. She made me move forward by about a yard, then told me to keep the car running, then told me to leave the keys, then told me to wait for A service advisor. In or out of the car? I asked should I wait in or outside of my car? Not a good welcome! Not easy for me. Afterwards all was good.

Came with better solution

No one called me to say my car was ready. I called once and the person said it was done, but maybe in the car wash. I finally came to the dealership and picked up my car.

Nothing

My car was supposed to be ready at 12:45. I finally called at 2pm. Oh yeah, it’s ready🤦🏻‍♂️
