We were there longer than anticipated.

The issue wasn't fixed. Im guessing it was poor communication between the service advisor and the technician. The advisor should have gone out to the vehicle to make sure the repair was done correctly.

Shorter your services time. . Too long for an oil change.

My car was extremely dirty, and steering wheel, plus they broke my passenger window button.The service advisor was great but there was a lot wrong with my car when I got it back.

No complimentary car wash was offered or given

You tell me you’re going to do a dio and it cost 120. I get it. Don’t want your time wasted. Cover your ass if I take it somewhere else. You tell me if work gets done that’s on the list, the 120 drops. I fully expect to pay up to 120 even if the work doesn’t cover up to that amount. So I get 2 things done. That were on the list. The 120 doesn’t come off. And I’m charged 290 for a tale light and a filter. So Fuck you. You’ll never get a penny from me again. Fucking leaches

Went to get my complimentary oil change after purchasing my car here in February and was told it wasn’t eligible as it wasn’t CPO. Still have a copy of the original listing with “CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED 2019 Acura TLX” as the title and directly from the certified section of the website inventory

Have employees that know what there doing.. I had a quart to much oil in my car, The service department acted like they were doing you a favor by talking to you.

Unable to complete recall work because parts are backed ordered. Shallyn was great. Just disappointed since I had scheduled a month out to get done. All other work was done fine.
