I had to call just to even find out that my car was ready for pick up after many hours of no information, then when I turn up the next day for pick up, I find that they didn’t even clean it. Not happy at all

I talked about how my brakes were squeaky and he said everything was green. They are still squeaky and they haven’t stopped. I will be taking the car back as soon as I have a day off

It sounded like a great deal my mom really wanted her car detailed for her birthday however after we picked it up we noticed it was a poor outside wash there was still dirt and pollen all around the doors and windows. It didn’t appear that much was wiped down in the interior or vacuum. Will not be back will not recommend 0 out of 10

Zero follow up.. I was told I would get a call that Monday on a good will part.. called three times in the past 4 days, and no call back..Kevin told they would take the 150 charge for looking at the off the deductible for the good will part.. but service manger would have to call Acura.. told him he looks busy, and have him check on Monday..still waiting..please help !Frank314.602.1001

Came for recall work. Fuel pump when I got there they said I had too much gas in the. Tank. Something I should. Have been told when I called to confirm the appointment. Then they drove my car to get rid of some gas. NTRhenTherjeninwasnto

First, communication to insurance bad. Acura kept the car for a month and then assessed they couldn’t do the body work. This should have been known earlier. We do not have more rental car insurance now since it was exhausted due to the hold up.Next, the car still had damage after we picked up, windshield was replaced but had a crack in it, a few other items were missed. Haven’t heard back from Acura on next steps to get these fixed.
