My 2 to 4 hour job to replace an abs control module took 2 whole days and still wasn't completed because your service adviser left for Florida without notice and wasnt to return till Tuesday the following week. Which would have been 5 business days for my truck being in the shop. Terrible communication if I could give negative 10 it still wouldn't be sufficient enough. Poor business practice.

Took much longer than promised or expected. I was there for an oil change scheduled at 10:15, was told it would be about an hour and a half. I have a text message that I sent my son at about 12:40pm that I was finally in my car and leaving the dealership.

I had complaints about my car, & was told that every issue would be fixed. My issue with front bumper was not fixed, but was told when I picked up car that everything was repaired. I been going back & fourth about issues concerning my new car.

Stand behind the quality of your work! The problem is no one has worked on the car outside of Frank Leta! Blake kept denying that FL would do this and heavily implied that I must have. Blake was not able to address any of these concerns. He also did not review my account until after I presented questions. The notes on my appointment request were not reviewed as well. He's not knowledgeable.

I purchased my car (Volvo v60 Station Wagon) from Frank Leta in August, 2025. Getting the repairs done on this car has been a living nightmare. Unfortunately, I am forced to move on to litigation the current issue.

Not over pricing me .they offered me a tow without telling me i had to pay over $200 for just the tow alone when i could have gotten it for free with my insurance company. But Dan the financial advisor i think he is didnt explain that part to me. I also asked for my wheel to be replaced and to try and buff out a scratch that they agreed to look at and didnt. Instead it took almost a week for them to put a tire on. I need a refund for the tow please. Not fair.

This is the third time in a row that no one contacted me to say my vehicle was ready for pickup. This is BASIC customer service and it was disappointing. Leta used to be great. Now ok.
