Faster diagnostics testing. The tech could have called once vehicle was completed, rather than me calling to follow up, the day after. Other than that the service was great!

Each time I have had a routine maintenance appointment, it has taken a minimum of 2 hours. This time, it took 4.5 hours. The reasons provided for the lengthy time never seem believable.

I had to call just to even find out that my car was ready for pick up after many hours of no information, then when I turn up the next day for pick up, I find that they didn’t even clean it. Not happy at all

I talked about how my brakes were squeaky and he said everything was green. They are still squeaky and they haven’t stopped. I will be taking the car back as soon as I have a day off
