Over the years I went from enjoying going to Frank Leta to dreading it. I had a more positive experience this last time

I had. an appointment and the oil change still took 1hr 20 min. In addition, the car wasn't washed because it was "too cold". I saw other cars being washed, so I'm not sure why it suddenly became "too cold" for my car.

It took 3 hours for my oil change when I arrived I was told the service would take 1 1/2 hours.

if service providers take care of customers after we had the services would be great.

You detailed my wife’s Porsche recently and did an amazing job! But when you detailed my daughter’s car, it wasn’t as amazing as the first car. Maybe it was New Years Eve or because I was scheduled for the wrong day but they fit me in. Waxing over bugs on hood, floor mats not very clean. Just not what I expected!

I had to come back twice to pick up my car from the body shop because my car wasn’t done correctly. I also noticed that the gap on the new lift gate isn’t even on both sides. The car wasn’t done correctly dirty on the inside from the dust from the bodyshop.
