Although the service was great. The service took a little longer than expected and the replacement parts were of different colors. Could have been a different batch of lights or something. But it doesn't look right. Least the lights work now

It was a fair job only because my windshield was horrible....smears everywhere. Had to rewash the windshield myself.

Oil change and tire rotation took nearly 2 hours

When my car was towed there, and was there for a week the service techs did not find anything wrong with the vehicle. We have had multiple issues with the car since purchase, this was not a first time problem. We stressed there is something wrong, but we still were given back the car on a Friday… by Monday my car would not start again and we had to taken to a different dealer that was able to identify 2 issues.

All okay.

More managers working on shifts to avoid long queues or managing better the appointments.

Two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation should not be acceptable if you have an appointment. All I got was sorry about that from the advisor, no explanation! And the car wash was broken, you should have kept the coupons from club car wash!
