firstly, actually fixed my vehicle. a simple test of the repair would have prevented the vehicle from being delivered back to me the way it was, still broken. aside from that, communication is lacking overall. the service advisor, and now the service manager, are both displaying inadequate communication skills.

When I purchased this vehicle it had multi point inspection from what I was told. Only 5k miles later when I bring it for an oil change it's in "immediate" need of air filter....

The issues could’ve been resolved in one appointment had the appropriate and correct parts been ordered prior to my first of three. However, service folks were very friendly and apologetic.

Appointment was at 11 am for service for oil and tire rotation and a tire replacement. Waited for 3. 5 hours. Friendly customer service but wait was too long.

I was sitting in the waiting room for two hours with no contact so I’m expecting my car is being fixed only to be told the associate got busy and didn’t get me sooner. I needed a new handle on a 7 year old car with not even 115k miles for over $800 and my Acura link that I pay for doesn’t work because of the handle. Not happy at all!

I had a major issue Saturday after picking up my vehicle. The remote start wasn’t working, and despite the dealership promising to escalate my call, I haven’t heard back. The car had a dead battery, which they likely knew since they started it, and the positive battery post cover was broken. I waited in frigid temperatures for roadside assistance. This experience has made me never want to do business with this company again.

The guys I pick up my car from could have less of an attitude and not talked down to me. Just because I am a woman doesn’t mean I don’t know cars. They said nothing is wrong with the car, but I know there is. The car takes over 20 minutes to get warm?!?! Come on now. It is leased so I can’t take it anywhere else so it will be back in your hands on May 24 2028.

This is my second Acura from Frank Leta, but I’ve never had any bad experiences until this time. Honestly, the communication this time was horrible. My car was there for almost a week. I called constantly to get an update and was never contacted. My mother ended up calling because I couldn’t keep calling while at work. I was disappointed overall.

By going above and beyond on the requested service, rather than a mere below the above service that was provided
