Service and interaction with the Leta team was good. No issues. I expected my car to be cleaned while I had it in for service as I'm used to being offered a carwash and interior vacuum at my previous spot. Maybe Leta doesn't offer this service or perhaps I picked a bad day. We'll see next time.

My problem was not solved. I had the light refinished. I was told it would be as good as new. On roads with no lights, you cannot see the road while driving after dark. The refinishing has made no change.

Aaron (I believe that is his name) was the person I worked with for my most recent service. He was awful to deal with; he was dismissive, demeaning, and actively lied to me.My experience with Aaron has me seriously debating if I will purchase any more vehicles from Frank Leta.

The communication continues to be an issue every time I bring my car in for service. I always have to call ro get updates and often all team members are not on the same page when providing information. The pick up and delivery option was never offered until I asked for it. For a new car mulitiple things have failed on this car already. As a first time acura owner I am woefully underwhelmed..

My drivers door interior had black finger prints all over it and handle.eThe drivers seat had sweeps of black on it.The seat is old leather and I cannot get the black out of the wrinkles but in the TAN seat :-( seseat.NogggreattoghappyI'm not too happy about it

time of purchase the vehicle. They offering service but after deal done then no response .we purchased 6 vehicle but now I learn lesson from them they gives lie promise so no more vehicle buy from frank leta .

Informed customer that vehicle service would not be completed before close of business. Also, technician should have attached a vehicle emissions sticker to front windshield once vehicle passed test. Instead, customer had to call and inquire about why sticker was not applied and what steps need to be taken to obtain the sticker.
