Allie was outstanding helping me with my car purchases and I would buy a car from him again. I would have given a 10i if I already had a front license plate holder. I came into Frank Leta Buick and got charged $138.58. SMH

Friendly team and demonstrated good communication early in the process, but the experience has been far slower and more complicated than it should have been. Early on I flagged errors in the paperwork and was told everything was fine, only to have the same documents come back a week later needing to be corrected. 3 weeks later, still waiting on the deal to finalize. There hasn’t been much urgency to resolve issues and keep things moving along, without additional follow up on my end.

Been more open and outgoing and not as… timid…?Offered me other vehicles to look at. Heard my story, offered a little bit lower price or not such an OUTRAGEOUS interest rate… took my pic with my car and posted it, welcomed me to the family, explained frank let’s rewards?? Maybe say you’d like me to get my service work done there…???

1st trip I walked in with an agenda with exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. The communication and help was great before and the time span between was great. The day I picked up my car could have been better. The wait time was really long. It was very busy but felt less than important than other customers. The wait was due to detailing my car but after I left, I had to go to the car wash to get the white splatters or something off hood and vacuum crumbs from under the seats.

The sales man Sadie was professional, respectful, helpful, and extremely patient. She looked up information and made sure she had the correct answer before speaking. The staff showed strong support.
