Both me and wife was not comfortable talking to a salesmen out in open at a table talk personal information to salespeople with ears around why not in an office. , my wife was not happy coming home to many people listening. Not very professional that way

Faster paperwork

The showroom open concept doesn't work. The sounds echo really bad making it difficult to hold a conversation with your sales person. When I came in to get an idea of what I was looking for 40 minuets was wasted sitting in the showroom putting information into a computer instead of looking at the cars. I did appreciate the friendly customer service. Once I purchased my care I felt that the detailing of my car was rushed and not done well because it was the end of the day.

4 hour negotiations was a little to long, it would have been faster to meet with the person who was on the other end earlier, then just when we sign the paperwork.

Everything! This was the absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had. Leta advertises having the best trade in deals in our area. NOT TRUE. I will never use Leta Buick again. They were rude & unorganized. Do not go to Leta if you're expecting a fair deal. This is the 1st vehicle that I've purchased from a dealer that wasn't Cape Girardeau Honda. They bend over backwards to ensure all of your needs and expectations are met.

You told me 15thoussnd off it was 9 I said I wanted no extended warranty . Y’all said oil change was free bull im paying for it what I get for not wearing my good glasses my bad . Y’all got me ✌️

Did not like the noisy area we had to be in, when working with salesmen. The salesman Steven, was very good! He answered all the questions without hesitation.

Not lie to customers. We told one thing about warranty before we sat down to do paperwork, then were told something different. We were told there were probably 2 sets of keys to the vehicle we bought and then after the fact there was only 1. You all didn’t offer to order another set or anything. The whole place. Acts like they don’t know what’s actually going on around there. We had to deal with 6 different people before everything was done. I wish we woulda went somewhere else
