Had the vehicle clean and ready to go. I had to wait almost two hours, and the vehicle was not “detailed” it was really not all that clean.

Transparent information regarding the preowned 'certification' and cost associated with it would have significantly improved the experience. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the purchase and service.
