Car wasn’t ready after I signed. Looked like the detailing was rushed. There was shmootz on the dash.

Like all other car dealerships I’ve been to, the finance person prioritized selling me an extended warranty contract instead of just finalizing the purchase. I really don’t like this apparently common pressure sales tactic.

Make sure before you sell your used car or truck that you service them. I had two vehicles that the transmission was going out in. Third vehicle has some issues as well. Second chance they say but the vehicle are no good. Paying a big car note and still have to fix a vehicle is definitely putting you in a worse situation financially. Will not do business with them again. Purchased first truck in November just got in a vehicle on Monday January 19th

It was a pretty good experience but I felt like I wasn’t being listened to at all. If the sales manager didn’t come over to smooth things out it would have been a lost sale. I didn’t appreciate the fact that I had to fight so hard for the online price. Other than that, the information given was very thorough. Tito did an amazing job explaining everything to me.

The pressure in the office to do extra warranty was a bit way to much. I said no then you bring in another gut to pressure me to do it and I said no. Your extra warranty would have taken my payment fron 277 to 573 for 60 months. That's a bit excessive that $17,700 for a warranty. And no didn't seem to matter just kept pushing. Very disappointed in finance mangers tactics. Not cool no means no it doesnt mean bring in new gut it felt like a time share tactic
