You should have detailed my van, as was discussed. It was delivered dirty, with cobwebs and filled with animal fur. I’d be remiss not to mention that I honestly feel if I had been a Caucasian customer I would’ve been handled properly. I was issued some coupons for a car wash that’s more than 45 minutes away from my house so therefore will be of no real value to me. One of my asthmatic daycare children had a reaction due to the animal fur. I expected more from a reputable dealership.

I was disappointed w/the upselling in finance. The products offered were overpriced & unnecessary - it was annoying that they were pushed at all. When I recoiled at the cash price for the products, I was offered discounts on them. It confirmed that it all was really marked up. It made an otherwise nice experience feel gross at the end. I don't blame the employee doing his job - I think it is a culture issue. It makes it hard for me to recommend Leta to family knowing that will happen.

The salesman (JB) was very friendly and professional, I would refer anyone I know to him. The finance team could do a better job at taking no for an answer when trying to sell something the customer isn't interested in.

The only thing I can say was I waited to long to finalize the sale The sales man Colin was great but I waited over an hour to see the finance department and close the deal. I paid cash with no financing. That in my mind was unnecessary.

I thought everyone was great. My issue is that I didn’t get the best deal until I went to another Honda dealer and got a much better offer. I was very annoyed by this. Kyler asked for a chance to beat it and he did. But in the future I’d rather not have to work so hard to get a good deal. This is my 4th car with Leta and I service my cars there. I just don’t like the games. I’m too busy to deal with the BS.

Well for one I got the car with a small crack in the windshield and reported it to company they said they would check it out but I guess the sale was to important and forgot now it's spidered across my window.. They tried there best to get me a vehicle I do commend them for that but the rates were higher than they said they also tried to up my down payment and this is all after I drove 2 and a half hours. I did get the car but honestly not sure if I should have!
