Kyler did everything he could to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I unfortunately chose the last day of the month which had 45 appointments total. The entire staff was professional and friendly. My experience was just a little bit longer than I expected.

I didn’t like the $599 hidden fee. The van was $1849 more than advertised, with no explanation of the additional $599. That makes me feel cheated and possibly stupid, because perhaps I was supposed to negotiate or something. It was irritating. The price of the car shouldn’t be that much more than the advertised price. On another note, Elyse gave me wonderful customer service to help with my key fob and Christine was a very nice salesperson. They were positives.

Stand behind the product that you sell check it out better before you try to sell a used car. The tires were out of balance. The front end needed alignment. The cruise control does not work and the dealership will do nothing to take care of any of it. All the paperwork was not complete. Had to be FedEx to me not very professional.

Car wasn’t ready after I signed. Looked like the detailing was rushed. There was shmootz on the dash.

I had an appointment and still had to wait while they assisted other customers.

Like all other car dealerships I’ve been to, the finance person prioritized selling me an extended warranty contract instead of just finalizing the purchase. I really don’t like this apparently common pressure sales tactic.

The finance department part of my meeting was quite long. I had a ton of information provided to me in a relatively short amount of time that required a financial decision of several thousand dollars. I asked for time to review and if I had to make a decision right aaay. The answer was no but then the business manager came in and met with me too. Overall I was there for over three hours and exhausted. That may be the tactic but as a single female I didn't appreciate it.
