The salesman (JB) was very friendly and professional, I would refer anyone I know to him. The finance team could do a better job at taking no for an answer when trying to sell something the customer isn't interested in.

The only thing I can say was I waited to long to finalize the sale The sales man Colin was great but I waited over an hour to see the finance department and close the deal. I paid cash with no financing. That in my mind was unnecessary.

I thought everyone was great. My issue is that I didn’t get the best deal until I went to another Honda dealer and got a much better offer. I was very annoyed by this. Kyler asked for a chance to beat it and he did. But in the future I’d rather not have to work so hard to get a good deal. This is my 4th car with Leta and I service my cars there. I just don’t like the games. I’m too busy to deal with the BS.

Took to long after sales to get into the finance dept

Well for one I got the car with a small crack in the windshield and reported it to company they said they would check it out but I guess the sale was to important and forgot now it's spidered across my window.. They tried there best to get me a vehicle I do commend them for that but the rates were higher than they said they also tried to up my down payment and this is all after I drove 2 and a half hours. I did get the car but honestly not sure if I should have!

Communication! I was told to call if I had any problems. Called few times about the same issue 8 days later still havent heard anything back. Ive even left good reviews for my sales representative and now I'm not being heard about my problem

Kyler did everything he could to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I unfortunately chose the last day of the month which had 45 appointments total. The entire staff was professional and friendly. My experience was just a little bit longer than I expected.
