Make sure before you sell your used car or truck that you service them. I had two vehicles that the transmission was going out in. Third vehicle has some issues as well. Second chance they say but the vehicle are no good. Paying a big car note and still have to fix a vehicle is definitely putting you in a worse situation financially. You were all very polite and worked hard to get a loan for me. But we were there for quite a few hours. It seems like maybe things could have been streamlined a little better. We did leave with a great car and they took our trade in which was awesome.

Explain the options and features. Have loaner vehicles available when a 1 month old vehicle has an issue and not leave me wondering if a loaner will be available after driving 30 minutes out of my way.
