Still incredibly upset about the last experience where I was charged over $200 and the problem wasn’t even fixed and I was sent to a different brand of dealership to resolve which was just a battery disconnect to reset the computer… absolutely will never pay this service department a dime after that and will only return for my free services from vehicle purchase and this applies for ALL Aleta locations and I will not be buying another vehicle from here if that’s the way customers are treated

My advisor Tim’s communication and customer service is great, however I cannot say that for the rest of the team I have worked with. I bought my car at the end of March and have encountered issue after issue, granted they were resolved for the most part but the majority of the issues would have never happened if the staff of the entire building would communicate with one another. Lack of communication seems to be a huge issue with this branch of Frank Leta.

Communicate better I had an appointment scheduled they ran late picking it up and late returning it which really wasn't inconvenient to me cuz I had to wait after work if they couldn't get the all of the service that was requested done that day they could have said within your time limit they could not do it all so I would have another appointment scheduled that would have been fine but late is unacceptable

Checked out my vehicle like they said they would and call me back when I requested to speak to a service manager. It’s been five days and no one has called me back to address my concern.

Pre-coordinated ordering parts and the front part was ordered. The car is less than 20 days outside of warranty (still under mileage) and this part is a workmanship issue. Leta originally indicated it would be covered under warranty then walked that comment back. Once it was committed by the service rep it should have been honored. After buying 5 cars with Leta I expected some loyalty for an item 20 days out of warranty.

I have free oil changes for 2 more years year but I’m never coming back. Terrible people here.
