Fix all of the problems that were wrong with the car. Needed two rims repainted and my windshield repaired. Left with only one rim repainted and the windshield was repaired. Called about it and never got a call back about it.

I was told my car would be ready in 1.5 hours. I called 3 hours in and was told my car is ready. Danielle explained things to me but was saying words I didn't understand. I had to ask questions because she was talking very fast and not saying things so I could understand them. My car wasn't vacuumed and I had a sweater on my seat which was on the floor when my car was returned to me. That's rude and I'd like to know why that happened. Please do better. Service has really gone down.

I just Feel ripped off and somewhere else getting my almost dead battery replaced that wasn’t even looked at when I had My pilot serviced just last week.

Pilot has 34xxx miles. Ran over a screwdriver and checked to see if they could plug it. Service tech said it was not pluggable.And then said they could NOT sell me just one tire had to be 2 oh and had to get an alignment to get the tire warranty

Very busy at checkin, had to wait 10 minutes just to check in. Then immediately told i need to leave car and get a loner. Would have preferred ti know that upfront as i indicated wanted to wait. Plus wouldn’t let me speak with anyone about the problem so i could relay when intermittent problem happens.

The service tech could have wiped the spilled oil from the frame that they splatter on the under carriage during the oil change. Had to clean the dripping oil from my garage floor the day after the oil and filter change.

Work on being honest with customers and stop trying to upsell services.
