When the service manager Kevin got involved he was able to get EG Assurance to approve the repairs.It should not have taken 3 weeks to get my truck repaired. I will never buy vehicle coverage from Ethos again. I question why you would continue to use this cocompany

Came in to have my car worked on after an issue on the company’s behalf and felt as if I was an inconvenience to the team. Never had a bad experience up until this point.

The communication was a little rough. I started off with one rep then got transferred to another and it felt like communication lacked between them. Also, the report where you choose what services to get done and what you don't was very confusing. Nothing stated what was covered by my warranty, I had to call to clarify. It is alarming to see a $4,000 bill when I was told it was being covered. Then just reading about what my car "needed" was not very beneficial to my understanding.

My second service with a CRV that has 11000 miles. Charge of over $300 for tire balance and wheel alignment and told I may need to bye tires from a different manufacturer. No warranty on anything

Everything, Everyone is on cocaine and is very rude and lie just to make sell! Mr Johnson and Ryan especially! Now on the other hand Kevin in several is wonderful the only one whom tried to help

I wish I could have gotten an oil change when my mileage was between 5000 & 7000 instead of waiting until I had a wrench st 9200! I don’t think that shows taking good care of your car.

Service department, specifically Tyler, is great.Was disappointed that dealership management would not acknowledge the known “gas/oil mixture” issue on the 2017 Honda CR-V.
