Someone should have phoned me when they couldn’t find my car on the lot instead of moving on to the next vehicle. My car was there at the scheduled time slot. The tow driver accidentally put my keys in the night drop.

I went in for emissions and they said it was good to go. I don't think she read the results as it failed. And they didn't offer to diagnose or quote repairs. I ended up doing a lot of research and now I have to wait for an engine misfire code for American Honda to fix it....not fun.

1st 24mth/24k miles, routine maintenance is free. However when this time I was questioned on this as to not be so. It turned out I was right. But for several mins it was in doubt. I was treated as I was making that up. So I was and this am unpleasant

Let me know the condition of my tires before checking alignment in case I did not want the alignment done if I need new tires. I appreciate they ended up not charging me for the alignment though!

When one schedules a routine oil change keep that appointment and get them in and out of the dealership as fast a possible. Making an appointment and then waiting two hours for the vehicle to be finished it ridiculous. Appointments should be the priority, otherwise what's the point in making an appointment if it's going to take forever anyway?Also, they didn't clip the undercarriage of my vehicle back in place so it is hanging down now and the clips are missing so I can't do it myself.
