The hubcap cap on my driver's side rear tire could have been installed properly so it would come off when I was driving on I-64.

I believe that any potential concerns about my car should not just be shown on the paperwork, but also in person. While the car is on the rack, more info could have been shared and made more understandable.

Don’t keep my car for about a week if you’re not doing anything to it. It was gone for about 48 hours for the actual repair but then sat for almost a week waiting on a part to be delivered. Life moves on for people no matter what. I had to find ways to get to work for that week. It was hard and I was almost late multiple times. And that entire time that they had the car sitting in a parking lot waiting on a part when I could have been using it to get to work.

Brought car in for a coolant leak on a brand new 2026 accord touring less than 120 miles on it. They replaced the radiator after about 2 weeks. Received car back with the fan wiring harness not connected and an overflow cap sitting on top of the tank. Car had no ac at stops.

We have used your services for our CRV since we purchased it there in 2018. Always pleased, BUT on Tues. 8/12/26 we brought the car in for a recall service. When my husband saw the pictures of our dirty engine & cabin filters, that changed everything. We did not have a cabin filter in the car. Not sure where the picture came from. Also screws missing and one broken on engine filter casing. So disappointing to loose trust after all this time.

My AC was repaired but the next morning I had only warm air blowing. Uncomfortable and a real inconvenience.

They forgot to reset my oil life percentage on my car. Last time I was there they forgot to put my cabin air filter back in and the glove compartment wasn’t put back together. I didn’t notice until I drove away and had to drive back and they had to search around for my air filter.

Hike driving home the low tire pressure light came on. Ine tire was low. After I filled it, the light has not come back on. I assumed checking tire pressure was part of an oil change.....guess not
