Gave me a estimate that was extremely over priced. The work that was done I'm happy with and like to continue having my vehicle serviced at frank Leta , just be reasonable with their estimates.

The tech found multiple serious issues with my car when I brought it in for inspection. It passed last year with no problem. They said there was an issue with my inner tie rod and gave an estimate of some $2720 parts and labor to replace. I am having the car inspected at my local shop I am alittle suspicious of the recommendation that was made by your service department. i will know more in a few days. I just heard back from my regular repair shop. Only tie rod end needed, not $2700 of work.

My ceviche was parked outside for 20-25 minutes The Service advisor was not at her station. When she saw me she came over let me know my car was ready. She said the tech did not let her know it was ready. It invoice was already in the computer.

Just not good service wouldn’t cover a part that came broke with the car can’t get my car legal Tito told me I have 500 refundable if I don’t like the car or whatever and that was ignored. When car was in shop I was ignored left and right no one would answer. Took my car in twice in the 30 days and less I had the vehicle for the same issue they just lied and said they did the first time. Just very frustrating

Communicate with customer before generating a bill My last service there was run like a circus. I forced to apologize with with your incompetent biller by one the other billers because of my tone of voice. humiliating
