Had to come back 4 times for the repair. First had to order part. Then the party wasn’t correct or didn’t work.Had to order the part again.Just Aggravated. I don’t live close to by,.

Providing an approximate time for service hours really help to customer to plan. For my case took 3.5 hours and initially have told only 1.5 hours

This was my first time here for service and Sam the service advisor was very helpful and friendly as he had been on the telephone. I believe this facility could use better signage on how to get to the Service Entrance doors as I ended up circling the building. I would suggest work cubicles for the waiting area. I had received emails for two free oil changes, but was unable to fill out the form on line despite multiple tries.

I had some issues with my car but they have been working with me to fix everything.
