I purchased my vehicle there four months ago and my battery died. I explained all of that to them to see if they could do anything as a courtesy for me and they said they could not because the battery was fully charged when I purchased the vehicle they did grant me a small military discount however $357 for a new battery even after the discount for such a simple job it literally took them minutes. I feel is very excessive. That was very disappointing.Customer service was excellent.

Be honest on cost You Say no charge then when I pickup car you charge me 179’.99 . Not good for to reset instrument panel.

You called me about a recall on my car and to make an appointment. I drove 30 in and waited for 45 minutes for you to then say no there wasn’t a recall on my car. Annoyed to have wasted the day

Fix all of the problems that were wrong with the car. Needed two rims repainted and my windshield repaired. Left with only one rim repainted and the windshield was repaired. Called about it and never got a call back about it.

My vehicle was in shop for 5 days for a simple fix. Didn’t keep me up to date on status.

I was told my car would be ready in 1.5 hours. I called 3 hours in and was told my car is ready. Danielle explained things to me but was saying words I didn't understand. I had to ask questions because she was talking very fast and not saying things so I could understand them. My car wasn't vacuumed and I had a sweater on my seat which was on the floor when my car was returned to me. That's rude and I'd like to know why that happened. Please do better. Service has really gone down.
