The time waiting was 30 minutes longer than estimated. However, I appreciated the discount offered to minimize my disappointment.

I went in for an oil change and rotate tires. Tim the service advisor said it would take 1 hr and 15 minutes. Also, Tim told me he would text me twice. I never heard from him. After 2 hours, I saw my truck outside so I went to the service advisor area. Tim was waiting on another customer and another service advisor checked me out. The next day I noticed my hood was covered with finger prints of oil. I wiped them off. No big deal.

I had issue with brand new van and it took two month to get part. Also, complain about both side having suspension issue but told that we will fix one and if have issue come back.

Is there a way to get coupons? I feel like it would motivate me more to have rewards or coupons attached to my account.

your incoming service reps seems doesn't have a good knowledge about our car. she told me to change transmission fluid need to be change, I told her that we just replace it. apparently she think that transmission fluid and 9 speed transmission fluid is different. I'm glad that i refused it but if people doesn't know about car they will follow what ever she recommended. don't get me wrong, she is nice but she need to know more about honda/car
