I missed the car wash coupon. Can I still receive one? I had brake fluid change and oil change tire rotation.

Service shhould have fixed the problem correctly the first time rather than me returning 5 times to have it corrected. I was invoiced 3 of the 5 times for your mistakes! Service has gotten seriously bad sincev2023.

Bommarito vacuums and washes the car during service, which saves me an extra trip to the car wash.

The tpms system light was still on when we got the van back (details matter) never told us why the spark plug or cylinder 5 went bad when we had a complete new engine put in 4 years ago. The service guy was not good at communicating to us, I was the one asking for updates when I never heard from him according to his timeline.

This review is based on my last experience in the service department. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and never had an issue taking any of my vehicles to Frank Leta Honda for service. However, my latest experience was very unpleasant due to the high-pressure sales tactics by the service advisor. I felt pressured by the advisor that I needed. Maintenance that weren’t due on my vehicle and some that we’re just optional, for a total of $1500.

Service is good enough. I was sold a 3 year maintenance package when I bought my car. I was told at my last visit they are no longer honoring that because of my miles. I would likely have bought somewhere else if I knew that

Need work on coupons no extra charge

So much! Better communication, acknowledging me when I walked in the office (twice),returning calls, following up on things promised that never happened. No explanation of what was done for the recall issue. And so much momuch more! Too much to type hi gf

Took too long to get checked in, 20-25 minutes. Was there for 2 hours after my appointment time.
