Don’t tell us all the time we need something just when not necessary. Not all the time but some.

Since my appointment, a message comes on my dashboard that says, “System update not available. See your dealer.” I don’t want to see this message each time I start my car, but haven’t had time to bring it back in to be looked at.

Not sold us a used certified car that needed 3 transmissions within ONE year that I drove less then 2000 miles on. The first transmission went out with less then 189 miles after we bought it.

While I understand that you service dozens, perhaps 100s, of customers a day. You really need to remember that for nearly all of us, it is a high stress, expensive commitment. Being treated like a number is a little off putting. Also, no one cares that you have a new system. It is not an excuse.

I have a left message for service manager to call me. I have not received a return call.

Prices for filters and installation too high. My husband bought and installed instead of having it done there. The service I did get was good and I appreciate the communication and complimentary car wash.

When picking up the car. The window was open, car was unlocked and keys were in the car. Anyone could have driving off with my car.

After my routine service and recall that included a software update, my 2023 Accord pops up a warning saying update unavailable contact dealer every time I start my car. It did this as soon as I left the dealership and I don't know how they didn't see this error before releasing my vehicle to me. I need to call and make another appointment now

There were no links in the estimated other service’s message. I didn’t get a return call after calling 2x. The technology used for scheduling and estimates is lacking and makes for more frustration than convenience.
