I had to mention 3 times about the reward that was sent to me. I don't want to feel, as a customer, that I have to "bag" for it.Another small thing (not critical, but if you want to be top level service) - the nylon that covered my chair and the paper rag put on the floor (good practice to maintain the car clean!) should be removed after the service is done (I had to move these myself), and the dash menu should return to it original positing

I bought my used car 3 months ago from you. Paid for the maintenance contract. This is my first oil change and the email that you sent me said that there is $2400 in maintenance that needs to be done on the car. Why wasnt it done BEFORE I bought the vehicle? I feel like Im getting scammed.

All customer facing reps should fully understand how critical is to make your customers feel welcome when they show up for services, both scheduled and unscheduled due an urgency such a flat tire. My last experience was less than desirable.

Gave me a estimate that was extremely over priced. The work that was done I'm happy with and like to continue having my vehicle serviced at frank Leta , just be reasonable with their estimates.

Everything was satisfactory. Tim the service advisor was helpful with determining what maintenance items were needed. The communication during the process was seamless.

The tech found multiple serious issues with my car when I brought it in for inspection. It passed last year with no problem. They said there was an issue with my inner tie rod and gave an estimate of some $2720 parts and labor to replace.I am having the car inspected at my local shopI am alittle suspicious of the recommendation that was made by your service department.i will know more in a few days.I just heard back from my regular repair shop. Only tie rod end needed, not $2700 of work.
