Found me to tell me you were backed up. I just wanted low tie light to go away and waited 30 minutes. I finally walked out to shop and the said they were behind! What a waste of my mind.

Stupid and inefficient to require a customer to report to a specific person to pay and pick up your vehicle. Leta should be grateful for patronage and respect their customers by not wasting their time. Prices are much too high as well. Overcharging loyal customers fosters distrust and poor customer relations...Do better Leta!

Took HRV in Monday for alignment. Was told tires are cupping and bad. Service manager was off so no one could handle my concerns. Was given prices on 3 different sets of tires and sent home. Wednesday told tires are ok after 2 ruined days!!

Seat cover was left on seat, along with floor mat paper, hang tag and tag on keys, oil change took almost 2 hours, I saw my car sitting ready to go for over 20 minutes until I got automated check out with items needed to be addressed, one of which I would have done if they mentioned it to me during the appointment

I simply wanted an oil change and tire rotation. It took almost 3 hours because service advisor added a recall that would be a "quick fix" and then tried to sell a list of unnecessary repairs. Even though I was waiting there were no updates on the status of my car until I went and tracked service advisor down. We will never be back and especially will never buy vehicles here.

I received a 3 page report with over $2000 in maintenance recommended. Obscure, descriptions with ominous sounding rationale. Felt like being sold snake oil. No thanks, ill take my business to someoneone not bent on upselling.climcontrolaservice
