My ceviche was parked outside for 20-25 minutes The Service advisor was not at her station. When she saw me she came over let me know my car was ready. She said the tech did not let her know it was ready. It invoice was already in the computer.

When calling for a quote on a service I would've liked to be told there was a shop fee in addition to the price quoted. Price quoted also changed upon arrival but was mitigated prior.

I was quoted $1100 for 2 rear shocks. I ordered the parts and did it myself in 1/2 hour. $74 for a cabin air filter? $14 and less than a minute. $508 for 6 spark plugs? $70 and less than an hour. There were several more service recommendations on my multi point inspection. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the dealership nice and clean. But I can’t consciously allow myself to be grossly overcharged and screwed over by this dealership.
