I felt like I was a bother the whole time I was there. I sat in the garage in my car for 20 minutes before someone came and tried to get me started but made it clear they were not my service advisor (I never actually met who it was supposed to be). The video of my car was only the exterior, the air filter that was “critical” my last visit wasn’t even mentioned (I was hoping to replace it last night). I had a 4:00 pm appointment for an oil change and didn’t leave until 6:00pm.

I purchased a vehicle three months ago with a supposedly all clear checklist and inspection… 5 weeks after purchase the radio system is locked up and non functional and there’s an error code for PCS system coming and going. Take it back to the dealership so they can address it right? NOPE they charged me over $200 AND DID NOTHING but tell me to take it to a different brand dealership… I’ll never be buying from here again and will never return for services outside of what is free.

communication regarding when my car would be done. I was originally told two hours. I was fine with that. I was there for 4 and after I tracked someone down they told me another hour and offered me a car. Why wouldn’t this have been an option immediately?

Reception process and service were great and quick service although there was oil stains on the door handles both in and out as well as the shifter and power seat lever (essentially anything that was touched)

Disclose if a loaner vehicle was a history of being smoked in.

I stopped in to have a slow tire leak checked. Staff was friendly & helpful. The leak was too close to the sidewall to be patched. Ugh! So a new tire was needed. My vehicle is AWD so I am informed 4 new tired are needed. Ugh!! I was planning to buy new tires this summer, so, ok. Job is done, I head off on my trip. On the highway the TPS light comes on. Hmm, was the TPS light not reset (3x) or is there truly an issue? I return to the dealership. Pressure was too high in the tires.
