I went in for an oil change and rotate tires. Tim the service advisor said it would take 1 hr and 15 minutes. Also, Tim told me he would text me twice. I never heard from him. After 2 hours, I saw my truck outside so I went to the service advisor area. Tim was waiting on another customer and another service advisor checked me out. The next day I noticed my hood was covered with finger prints of oil. I wiped them off. No big deal.

I had issue with brand new van and it took two month to get part. Also, complain about both side having suspension issue but told that we will fix one and if have issue come back.

The prices were higher here than at other local Honda dealerships, so a little more parity there would help.The popcorn machine had no popcorn :(. Soda fridge had mt dew which was great. I prefer diet, but regular was good.Waiting area was clean and functional. Some other patron had small kids throwing bounce balls that hit me.....I get kids being kids but maybe like ...not hitting other customers 😆

your incoming service reps seems doesn't have a good knowledge about our car.she told me to change transmission fluid need to be change, I told her that we just replace it. apparently she think that transmission fluid and 9 speed transmission fluid is different. I'm glad that i refused it but if people doesn't know about car they will follow what ever she recommended.don't get me wrong, she is nice but she need to know more about honda/car

This survey is in response to my tour service appointment. Worst customer service experience I’ve had at this dealership. Tires were sold to another customer despite having an appointment. Car was left in disarray. Horrible experience overall.
