$180 to diagnose blown fuses was way too high. so was 180 for brake rotors being warped when I told them that was the problem. (plus the cost to cut them and the labor)

You told me the car was ready. I got in and every warning light was going on. I gave it back to you. You gave me a loaner car for 3 hours. Said you wouldn't charge my card but it did. I've returned the vehicle and still don't have my money back. Was not a great experience over all.

I took a day off work to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I specifically asked them to top off antifreeze and windshield washer fluid. Neither of those things happened. Nor did the inspection detail the tread depth or brake pad depth. Also they left my glovebox unhinged so when I opened it all the contents fell out. Makes me wonder if they did anything they were supposed to do. Very frustrating.

Found me to tell me you were backed up. I just wanted low tie light to go away and waited 30 minutes. I finally walked out to shop and the said they were behind! What a waste of my mind.

Stupid and inefficient to require a customer to report to a specific person to pay and pick up your vehicle. Leta should be grateful for patronage and respect their customers by not wasting their time. Prices are much too high as well. Overcharging loyal customers fosters distrust and poor customer relations...Do better Leta!
