It just takes a ridiculously slow amount of time and getting a fat list of expensive "urgent" things is annoying

Was charged for headlight reconditioning. Upon receipt of vehicle, service had not been completed. Tighten up communication folks. Slow down and cross check. We have purchased three vehicles from your location.

When picking up the car. The window was open, car was unlocked and keys were in the car. Anyone could have driving off with my car.

After my routine service and recall that included a software update, my 2023 Accord pops up a warning saying update unavailable contact dealer every time I start my car. It did this as soon as I left the dealership and I don't know how they didn't see this error before releasing my vehicle to me. I need to call and make another appointment now

Your sheet says I needed to replace my cabin air filter immediately. I replaced it myself a month ago. You're also charging $73 to change a part that costs $22 online and takes 2 minutes to change. This makes me question all the other items recommended and how much I'm being overcharged.

Went in for a turn signal bulb replacement. Under warranty. Waited. An hour later I got a text calling for a wheel alignment, cabin filter, and a signal housing totaling $800. They finally put in a free bulb and I left in a hurry!!

Quicker check-in as it took over 15 minutes after my arrival for a service advisor to check me in. Once I was checked in and went to the waiting area, it was over 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation which was 30 minutes over the estimated time given at check-in but with no further communication until the car was ready almost 2 hours after I had arrived more my appointment.

There were no links in the estimated other service’s message. I didn’t get a return call after calling 2x. The technology used for scheduling and estimates is lacking and makes for more frustration than convenience.

$180 to diagnose blown fuses was way too high. so was 180 for brake rotors being warped when I told them that was the problem. (plus the cost to cut them and the labor)
