I simply wanted an oil change and tire rotation. It took almost 3 hours because service advisor added a recall that would be a "quick fix" and then tried to sell a list of unnecessary repairs. Even though I was waiting there were no updates on the status of my car until I went and tracked service advisor down. We will never be back and especially will never buy vehicles here.

I received a 3 page report with over $2000 in maintenance recommended. Obscure, descriptions with ominous sounding rationale. Felt like being sold snake oil. No thanks, ill take my business to someoneone not bent on upselling.climcontrolaservice

Been more clear about the procedure for coming in for service and have everyone be friendly. Many people were but some were not.My first time in for service I was a bit confused and had to ask questions.

Nothing. It was the first time visiting so just don't have enough experience to refer someone to you.

See the letter that I wrote and left with the General Manager and the Service Manager at your dealership. If they can't find their copy, please let me know and I will provide you with a copy.Stephen F Held

I'm 78 and was there for the emission test prior to getting license. Hit with buying a new car, new tires, and another $2000 of other things needed. Bought care new there and had 48k miles. I've had car serviced on a regular basis and at my age, have had experience with cars.

Please ask the service advisors to stay focused on the service that we are having done that day. We're not there to trade in our car, or to purchase additional optional services. Being constantly bombarded with questions and requests about optional service items is rather annoying, unprofessional, and it comes across as desperate. The service advisor, the concierge, and the concierge's assistant all found the need to bother us while we there with things that were absolutely unnecessary.
