You could have told me that an oil change was going to charge me over two hundred dollars.. I was told alll about the hundreds of dollars I would have to spend on my car in 2000 miles . I was told nothing about a $200.00 charge now.

They forgot to put the cap back on and oil was all over my engine and hood. I could smell it and luckily I popped the hood and couldn't believe the cap was sitting there. How does someone forget that???? I also called and nobody returned my call.

Everything was fine. I prefer not recommending anyone or anything to anyone. If someone would ask me if I like Frank Leta service. I would say fine.

When I pulled into the service bay I was not greeted in a reasonable time. I waited and others came in after me and got taken care of. This has never happened before.

Notice suggested services that are really not necessary. With tire rotation air was not checked. Front and rear PSI on CRV differ so when rotating should set tire pressure. Tire pressure warning caught this day after service

Did not complete service in estimated time. Vehicle had 800 miles on odometer and had frayed wires. Shop stated it was rodent damage. None of my other vehicles have had this issue. This seems quite unlikely. My cost was $1200 for a brand new vehicle. .

When I got home my warning light came on. Tire pressure low, need to calibrate TPMS. I had my tires rotated. Feel like that should have already been done.
