Had appointment but repeatedly had to wait. Process of intake didn’t make sense and I was parked in while waiting for a ride along with a mechanic. No one told me their name. Waited for 20 min. Mechanic finally arrived and asked me if I was working with Randy. Couldn’t answer that. When I came back after the quick ride, and was reconnected with Randy, he apologized and was very professional. The person on intake was not professional or helpful.

I have very guarded trust with your services. I encounter issues almost every time I bring in my vehicle. Unfortunately I feel I do not have a choice to go anywhere else for services in order to keep the warranty. My issue this time was the emissions inspection not properly uploading online and being told I needed to come back for another test. After escalating this problem, the test was validated online.

2024 Passport 39,000 miles engine light on. 3000 mile out of warranty cost 1,100 for repair. Car in service two days. Engine light came back on the day after I picked it up.

It was my fault for not checking the fuses. But really, over two hours from my scheduled service time and over two hundred dollars to replace a fuse.

My issues are that I brought the vehicle in to have it serviced for what ended up being three different things. Two of those things were done wrong causing me to bring the car back to be taken care of. Things were fixed for free, but both times the car was apparently fixed quickly and no one bothered to get me out of the waiting area and on my way. My last visit for the second issue we actually walked part of the sales lot to find my car parked way far away from the service area.

During the purchase of my brand new vehicle I was verbally guaranteed by the sales associate that my first 4 oil changes/tire rotations would be free, 2 covered by Frank Leta and 2 covered by Honda. When I (female) scheduled my first service they tried to make me pay in full for it, but I was able to get that fixed with the help of my father (male). After the completion of my 2nd free service they told me I had 1 left. Despite communication with them they said I get 3 free and not 4.
