Lower cost

Gave me a estimate that was extremely over priced. The work that was done I'm happy with and like to continue having my vehicle serviced at frank Leta , just be reasonable with their estimates.

Everything was satisfactory. Tim the service advisor was helpful with determining what maintenance items were needed. The communication during the process was seamless.

My time was a bit wasted. I saw my was done 30 minutes before I was contacted again about next steps/payment.

The tech found multiple serious issues with my car when I brought it in for inspection. It passed last year with no problem. They said there was an issue with my inner tie rod and gave an estimate of some $2720 parts and labor to replace.I am having the car inspected at my local shopI am alittle suspicious of the recommendation that was made by your service department.i will know more in a few days.I just heard back from my regular repair shop. Only tie rod end needed, not $2700 of work.

If possible lower hourly cost for servicing.

I’ve been waiting almost 3 hours for an oil change and still not done. There’s a lot of upset people here in the waiting area.

Charging $70 for a $10 air filter is a scam. I dont understand how you pieces of shit sleep at night.

I believe your labor cost are too high. I won’t be using your service again.
