I stopped in to have a slow tire leak checked. Staff was friendly & helpful. The leak was too close to the sidewall to be patched. Ugh! So a new tire was needed. My vehicle is AWD so I am informed 4 new tired are needed. Ugh!! I was planning to buy new tires this summer, so, ok. Job is done, I head off on my trip. On the highway the TPS light comes on. Hmm, was the TPS light not reset (3x) or is there truly an issue? I return to the dealership. Pressure was too high in the tires.

Customer service was trash. The entrance to the garage where you pull into was blocked so I waited for someone to move the cars which never happened. I wasn’t greeted for a super long time and just sat there in my vehicle until a girl came up to me and literally said “I just realized you haven’t been greeted yet”The lady I spoke with was rude.I went in for an oil change and you guys literally went INTO my glovebox to pull out my interior cabin filter which was invasive. I have more complaints

The woman who answered the phone in the service department for my appt with concerns for my vehicle was dismissive, seemed bothered, and frequently spoke over me and interrupted me when I tried to explain my concern. She was the same woman in the service department that was really abrasive during my first service visit for a routine oil change too. That being said, the people that I encountered the day of the actual appt were friendly and customer service oriented and I was relieved.

I waited 3 hours for my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. The requested engine air filter replacement was not done. I found out later my car was done after 1 hour. The service advisor did not apologize.0% chance I ever come back to this dealership.
