Make sure their mechanic is fully trained and tested occasionally yearly.

When calling for a quote on a service I would've liked to be told there was a shop fee in addition to the price quoted. Price quoted also changed upon arrival but was mitigated prior.

I was quoted $1100 for 2 rear shocks. I ordered the parts and did it myself in 1/2 hour. $74 for a cabin air filter? $14 and less than a minute. $508 for 6 spark plugs? $70 and less than an hour. There were several more service recommendations on my multi point inspection. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the dealership nice and clean. But I can’t consciously allow myself to be grossly overcharged and screwed over by this dealership.

I was told to come in for oil changes too frequently, my sticker says come back in 3,000 miles. I feel taken advantage of. When asked all the service lady could say is that it’s “human error” and they recommend 5,000 miles. Every Honda site says 7-10k and when I asked why she said they were told to say 5k. I asked for credit to my service plan and was told “no”. My tires are also noted is 3/32nds and that’s not even close to true. Wondering what else I’m being misled about that I may not know.

The guy giving me the service gave me the middle finger while giving me the document for 2000 dollars to be done with the work. I am not sure what caused him to give me th middle finger
