I wish I could have gotten an oil change when my mileage was between 5000 & 7000 instead of waiting until I had a wrench st 9200! I don’t think that shows taking good care of your car.

Service department, specifically Tyler, is great.Was disappointed that dealership management would not acknowledge the known “gas/oil mixture” issue on the 2017 Honda CR-V.

Providing an approximate time for service hours really help to customer to plan. For my case took 3.5 hours and initially have told only 1.5 hours
