This was my first time here for service and Sam the service advisor was very helpful and friendly as he had been on the telephone. I believe this facility could use better signage on how to get to the Service Entrance doors as I ended up circling the building. I would suggest work cubicles for the waiting area. I had received emails for two free oil changes, but was unable to fill out the form on line despite multiple tries.

Recall service work was estimated on the phone as 30-60 minutes. When I checked in a loaner was suggested because it was going to take much longer. Not a big deal, but you asked for suggestions.

The person who spoke to me about a problem with my car, was suppose to send me an estimate on the service. She has not send it yet. This has happened before and I never received a response. Not too good of customer service.
