Oil change took a little longer than the hour expected, but they did suggest $2,000 plus services, so that likely took a while. The pics help clarify the need (s) for service. The pricing however is outrageous compared to others.

You could have done nothing better. I felt very much at ease and was extremely happy with the work done. Your service manager was very attentive and kind. It is only for personal reasons that I wouldn’t give your shop as a reference to other people. If life were different, I would definitely sing your praises to everyone I know. By the way, I thought I had already sent a review, speaking highly of Ms. Maxwell. So don’t let me go overboard, but thank her again for her very considerate ways.
